UPDATE 22 : Eerste, tweede en zesde leerjaar terug naar school vanaf vrijdag 15 mei 2020

Ik houd eraan u te laten weten dat we vanaf vrijdag 15 mei a.s. volgende regeling hanteren voor de lessen die de kinderen van het eerste, tweede en zesde leerjaar op school volgen. Bij aankomst (vanaf ten vroegste 8 uur) gaan de kinderen direct naar de klas. Er is telkens opvang in de klas vanaf 8 uur.

• Het eerste leerjaar heeft les op maandag van 8.30 uur uur tot 15 uur, woensdag van 9 uur tot 12.30 uur (gewijzigd op 9/5/2020) en op donderdag van 8.30 uur tot 15 uur.
• Het tweede leerjaar heeft les op dinsdag van 8.30 uur tot 15 uur, woensdag van 8.30 uur tot 12 uur (gewijzigd op 9/5/2020) en op vrijdag van 8.30 uur tot 15 uur.
• Het zesde leerjaar heeft les op maandag-, dinsdag-, donderdag- en vrijdagvoormiddag, telkens van 8.30 uur tot 12.30 uur.

Daarnaast organiseren we ook online les- en contactmomenten voor alle kinderen van het derde, vierde en vijfde leerjaar. Deze planning ontvangt u begin volgende week van de klasleerkracht van uw kind.

Onze school neemt meer voorzorgsmaatregelen dan nodig om het personeel en de kinderen te beschermen. Daarom durf ik vragen aan alle ouders om de kinderen van het eerste, tweede en zesde leerjaar naar school te laten komen op het moment dat ze les hebben.

De ouders krijgen geen toegang tot de school. Zij vormen een rij op het voetpad naast de gevel van de school en respecteren hierbij een afstand van 1,5 meter. We vragen aan volwassenen die kinderen naar school brengen of hen ophalen om een mondmasker te dragen.

Voor gezinnen waarbij beide ouders werken, is er opvang voorzien van 7 uur tot 18.30 uur op de speelplaats van de kleuterafdeling / in de lokalen van het OCMW (Kikkerland). Hiervoor is het absoluut noodzakelijk om telkens op vrijdag in te schrijven voor opvang in de daaropvolgende week via secretariaat@bsgodenderleeuw.be of via 053-64.51.00. Kinderen die online les hebben tijdens hun aanwezigheid in de opvang, kunnen deze online lessen volgen in de refter.
